- S: Plot holes galore, a moment of sudden and outrageous personality change, and all the cheesy quips of a rom-com? This movie makes suspending disbelief a challenge.
- C: Most of the movie does nothing but show period-relevant costuming. However, the interplay with the moon-landing footage was enjoyable. One noticeable jarring transition edit
brings down the quality.
- E: This movie can't decide whether its a rom-com, a historical fiction, or a drama. Unfortunately, it misses the mark on all three.
- N: Arguably, the primary antagonist of this movie about a very important time in history is a black cat, who the writers couldn't help but over-utilize. Disappointing that a period
so pivotal in American history can't be portrayed with some, pun intended, gravity.
- T: The film received one bonus point for a nice detail with the two main characters getting on a plane.
Overall, this is a fun light-hearted movie for the whole family. Nice for a casual watch without challenging themes... unless you tend towards conspiracy...
