- S: A couple of story elements feel out of place or unnecessary, highlighted by the idiosyncracies of the main character.
- C: The costuming is one of the best parts of the film. You can't help but notice all the different stylings. Not much else of note, but no big mistakes either.
- E: Some unnecessary scenes and odd pacing both detract from the focus but help define the main character.
- N: Story has elements that feel very forced, but the best element is the long duration between the major scenes that aligns with the pace of the real-life processes.
- T: One bonus point for a couple of off-hand remarks and gestures from the writers and Pacino that just give the character enough flavor to be interesting.
Decent version of the good-cop fix-the-system-from-inside story.
