- Sensibility: Other than some obviously ridiculous gags sprinkled throughout the film, a wild bike crash, and some quick changes of heart near the end, the film, for all it's nonsense, is
surprisingly reasonable.
- Cinematography: The film has become almost a period piece, capturing the tech and clothing of the early '00s. It's rare that films with a comedic focus have so much going for it visually. A couple of lazy set pieces, but some interesting shots and great prop choices make up for this.
- Energy: Fun watch with almost no let-downs. Great chemistry among the cast members and excellent pacing keeps things moving and funny
- Narrative: Strong concept that reveals itself right from the get-go. Surprisingly good dialogue writing and constant churn of new ideas help keep the repetition of the virgin status from growing stale.
- T-Points: The film received three bonus points: one for "you gotta try some wrong," one for the waxing and aftermath, and one for two great serenades (one from a "buddy" and the end montage).
Such a fun movie. This is one of those few comedy films that is able to properly balance the comedy with a story that has some meaning. Great acting and chemistry from the cast really
makes this film a home-run.
