- Sensibility: It's goofy, raunchy, and just the right kind of nonsense.
- Cinematography: It's surprising how good the costuming and production design are. The low-res film and sound design issues also play into the narrative. Sprinkle some great camera work and some pretty solid editing choices on top and you've got yourself a time-tested cult classic.
- Energy: It's got some bumps, but this film goes to 11.
- Narrative: A one of one rockumentary. Great dialogue, great characters, and plenty of attitude to go around.
- T-Points: The film received three bonus points: one for a bit with sandwiches, one for going to 11, and one for surprisingly enjoyable songs that I think, quite ironically, are genuine hits in their own right.
There's a fine line between clever and stupid and this film is quite clever for all its stupidity.
